Who suggested t...(A different anonymous this time)<br /><br />Who suggested that the authorities killed the child?<br /><br />The father and step-mother certainly appear to have been responsible for the abuse and killing of the child.<br /><br />Home education seems to be a peripheral issue here; the thing that this case has in common with many others (most of which involve school children) is that a step-parent/non-biological carer was involved.
