I think parts of Canada provide funding and resources for home educators (as can be seen in the article) but demand in return more access to the children and regular assessment.

HCC any come around here any time if thier bring plenty of resources with them! but so far their have failed to take up this offer! mind you the now dead David Kirk said in a letter to us NO resources to be given to home educators in Hampshire!
